Wastewater comprises a mixture of domestic sewage (waste from household toilets, sinks, showers and washing machines), industrial effluent, occasional run-off of surface water and ground water which has infiltrated into the sewers. Wastewater is 99.99% water, with a small amount of dissolved or suspended solid matter. At our treatment plants the wastewater undergoes a multi-stage treatment process to clean it before discharge or reuse.

We offer a variety of pressure vessels that contain fluids, vapors or gases at pressure levels greater than that of atmospheric pressure. These pressure vessels have been designed to operate at pressures more than 15 PSIG and are usually cylindrical in shape and have a horizontal or vertical orientation.Pressure Vessels are used for various industrial applications within the chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, oil & fuel and plastics industries.

The exact design of the vessel and its design components such as vessel material, size, volume, shape, temperature and pressure level depend upon the substances that needs to be contained in the pressure vessel such as whether it be gas, liquid or a mixture of materials. These pressure vessels are equipped with other components such as ladders or stairs, removable or detachable lids, sight glass for observation, heating and cooling systems and propellers or agitation systems for mixing applications.

We also provide double motion agitator arrangements that are designed using paddle-turbine and anchor stirrer designs for some specific high viscosity products such as grease lubricants, adhesives and polymers. The agitators are created and designed based upon individual process conditions, product characteristics and the degree of agitation required for achieving the desired end product.

We offer a variety of air receiver tanks, which are used to provide compressed air when short-term demand exceeds the compressor output. These systems are effective in reducing the pulsation and repetitive cycling of the compressor operation.

These air receiver tanks are widely used for various applications in compressed air systems to store compressed air and to permit pressure to be equalized in the system. 

These machines are used in all the Button manufacturing units where Polyster buttons are manufactured by Resin and then Polished in this machine. An Octagonal shaped Barrel is used wherein the buttons along with other polishing agents are fed inside the barrel and rotated at high speeds for a specific time with the help of a motor. The buttons being in contact with the polishing agents get a perfect finish which are then unloaded from the barrel by a motor and then sorted to separate out the buttons. The Barrel is Rubber-lined from inside as the polishing agents are abrasive and corrosive in nature, thus protecting the barrel from corrosion and ensuring long life of the product.

We offer a wide variety of Industrial Chimneys, Towers and Columns for applications in the field of oil, steel mills, gas and petro-chemicals. The bi-products of the process include gases such as butane and propane and liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other distillation products. These are also applied for other purposes such as Steel Mills for processing and production of bi-products from the waste stream of steel making.

These specially designed chimneys are manufactured to match individual customers specifications regarding Pressure and/or Vacuum Condition and for ambient, or elevated temperature service. These units are fabricated from carbon steel, stainless steel, mild steel of either solid or clad construction depending on design conditions and cost considerations. They are available in a variety of lengths, diameters, and material thickness with various types of linings/coatings to protect it from the gases. 

Various types of Anti Corrosive Lining are used to protect the vessels, tanks, water treatment plants, pipes, flanges and any other equipment which is used in any corrosive environment or storage of corrosive liquids. Every fluid/liquid has a different corrosive nature some being highly corrosive in nature and some not very corrosive, and they react differently with different metals. So for different applications we have different types of linings in varying thickness to protect the equipment in the best possible way from corrosion.
